McBride to appeal murder conviction

Convicted murderer Darrell McBride is set to appeal his case before the Mississippi Appeals court on Wednesday, Nov. 18.

McBride was sentenced to life in prison for the 2002 murder of local catfish farmer Charles Green in February.

He was already serving time for the 2004 murder of LaTricia Wilson in Leake County at the time of his arrest. McBride later attempted to appeal the manslaughter charge but failed.
