Bryan Horne of Kosciusko, charged with forcible rape, was found not guilty following a two day trial by an Attala County Jury.

The not guilty verdict was returned shortly after noon Thursday after 40 minutes of deliberation by the jury.

KPD seeks info on recent robberies
On 12/07/2011 at 02:30 Officers were dispatched to Exxon located on Hwy 12, in reference to an Armed Robbery, during the investigation it was discovered that a subject entered the store, brandished a firearm, ordered the cashier to open the register and took an undisclosed amount of money, the subject was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, white tennis shoes and gloves, the subjects face was covered also, he is approximately 5'6" to 6'0" tall.
