Kosciusko homecoming court to be presented tonight

KOSCIUSKO — Kosciusko Homecoming Court will be presented 6:30 p.m. on Landrum Field prior to kickoff against  Leake Central at 7 p.m. tonight.  The court is: senior maids, Kaitlin Cobb, Amber Gilmore, Autumn Lewis, Kaylan Crosby and Anna Miles, juniors Madison Haley and Sue Lee, sophomores Nylah Selmon and Anna Grace MacKenzie, freshmen Carley Quillian and Kayla Rawson.

  • New Garden reunion Saturday, Sunday

    New Garden School and community reunion will be held Saturday and Sunday at New Garden M.B. Church. Activities will begin Saturday at 10 a.m. and a memorial service will be held Sunday at 11 a.m. at the church.

    All basketball semi pro leagues, church teams and high school teams are invited to participate in a tournament planned May 18, 10 a.m. until, at the Oprah Winfrey Boys & Girls Club on Knox Road in Kosciusko.

    Helping Hands Mother’s Day luncheon fundraiser will be held May 10, 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Williamsville Baptist Church. Tickets are $10. There will be second time around jewelry, devotional books, purses and a silent auction.
