KOSCIUSKO —
The Attala and Leake County Extension Offices would like to invite those interested in learning more about beekeeping to an upcoming educational program to be held at the Leake County Extension Office. The program will take place on Tuesday, February 19 at 6 p.m. The topic for discussion will e “Sampling for Varroa Mites and other Spring Concerns.” Dr. Jeff Harris, Beekeeping specialist with the MSU Extension Service, will facilitate the program. Mother’s Day luncheon May 10
Helping Hands Mother’s Day luncheon fundraiser will be held May 10, 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Williamsville Baptist Church. Tickets are $10. There will be second time around jewelry, devotional books, purses and a silent auction.
