KOSCIUSKO — The Kosciusko-Attala Section of the National Council of Negro Women will meet Sunday, Sept. 23, at 5 p.m. at the Bobcat Building.

    FamFest, designed to bring neighbors, friends, parents and children closer together and re-establish bonds of love and unity as a community, will be held June 6-8 at the Attala County Coliseum. Sheila Murray is in charge of arrangements and said plans are to make the festival an annual event.

    New Garden School and community reunion will be held Saturday and Sunday at New Garden M.B. Church. Activities will begin Saturday at 10 a.m. and a memorial service will be held Sunday at 11 a.m. at the church.
