KOSCIUSKO —
During the budget process, the Kosciusko Board of Alderman voted to increase sewer rates.
Kosciusko Mayor Jimmy Cockroft said they will change from a minimum fee of $5 to $7.50 effective October 1.
Apartments will be increased by $2.50 as well. Usage rates will remain the same.
