The deadline to apply for the Kosciusko Junior Auxiliary is today. The JA annually awards several scholarships to area students.

The scholarship is available to male or female high school seniors who will attend college in the fall.

Students must attend Kosciusko, Ethel or McAdams High Schools. For more information, contact Marsha Marquerdt at 662.582.0025.

Workshops planned in anticipation of fair
Two workshops are planned for Friday by Holmes Community College to help job seekers prepare for the second Mid-Mississippi Job Fair on Thursday, February 16. Workshops will be held at the Attala Educational Center.

Attala schools list registration dates, proofs
Pre-registration for Pre-K and Kindergarten students of Greenlee and Long Creek Elementary Schools will be held Feb. 6-27, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. in the office at each school.
Pre-K students now enrolled at either school will not need to register for Kindergarten.

Ethel HS classes planning reunion
The 1982 graduating class of Ethel High School is hosting its 30-year anniversary reunion and is inviting the classes of 1978, 1979, 1980, and 1981 to join them. The event is planned for Memorial Day weekend, May 25-27.
