program

A program on Cyber-bullying and Internet Security will be held July 26, at 6 p.m. at the Attala County Library. Conducting the program will be Michael Anderson of Decatur who has work experience in the automotive, electrical wire, and food industries. He retired from the U.S. Navy with the rank of commander. The public is invited.



Forestry

meeting

The Attala County Forestry Association will meet Monday, July 12, at 6:30 p.m. at the Attala County extension service building on Fairground Rd. in Kosciusko. Attorneys George Dorrill and Bubba Pettit will discuss legal issues in dealing with land and forestry. A complimentary meal will be served.



Singers

to celebrate

The New Sallis Southernaires will hold a fourth anniversary celebration Sunday, July 22, at 2 p.m. at the former Tipton Street Junior High. Evangelist Martha Jones will be the emcee.



Back 2

School Bash

Kingdom Life Church will host its annual Back 2 School Bash Saturday, Aug. 4, 10 a.m. -1 p.m. on Blackjack Rd. Free school supplies for the first 125 school aged children will be given away. Dental cleanings for adults and children, massage therapy for adults, and boys’ haircuts will also be provided. Bounce houses and games will also be available.
