• Photos with the Easter Bunny March 30

  Children are invited to visit the Easter bunny for pictures on Saturday, March 30, 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the gazebo on the west side of the court square. Coloring sheets, balloons and candy will be offered and the Exchange Club will conduct Identi-KIDS.

  The McCool Volunteer Fire Department will be having an 8 oz. ribeye steak dinner at the McCool Volunteer Fire Department on Saturday, beginning at 5 p.m. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased from any McCool Volunteer Fire Fighter. • Girls Rock event Saturday

  The Oprah Winfrey Boys & Girls Club will be holding a “Girls Rock: Empowering Young Ladies” event Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at the club for girls ages 11-18.  Dr. Edelia J. Carthan, a motivational speaker for self-esteem, etiquette and smart choices, will be the guest. A fashion show featuring prom attire will be presented by Cheryl Bayne. Door prizes will be awarded and refreshments will be served.
