Mr. and Mrs. James Hullum of Vicksburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Jamie Olga, to Christopher William Cain, son of Mrs. Debra Cain and the late Murray Cain of Durant.
Miss Hullum is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hullum and the late Mr. and Mrs. V. B. Deaton, all of Vicksburg.
She is a 2004 graduate of Vicksburg High School and a 2008 graduate of Mississippi State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in clinical exercise physiology. She is currently a student in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of South Alabama.
Mr. Cain is the grandson of the late M. L. and Sybil Cain of Durant and the late Billy and Ouida Rathell of Lexington.
He is a 2004 graduate of Central Holmes Christian School and a 2008 graduate of Mississippi State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in clinical exercise physiology. He is a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps and is currently a Student Naval Aviator at NAS Whiting Field, Florida.
Wedding vows will be exchanged on March 20, 2010 at 5 p.m. at Hawkins United Methodist Church in Vicksburg. A reception will immediately follow at the B’nai B’rith Literary Club.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
