McGee-Thompson nuptials announced

KOSCIUSKO — Mr. and Mrs. Nathan (Paulette) Miller of Riverview, FL and Mr. and Mrs. Dale (Rhonda) Pickle of Kosciusko, are proud to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Christi Michelle McGee, to Jeffery London Thompson, son of Mrs. Pat Thompson of Borger, TX and the late Jack Thompson.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Oberia Cummins of Kosciusko, and the late Mr. Sam Tisdale of Clinton.

The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dale Bryan of Borger, TX and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack Thompson of Borger, TX.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Kosciusko High School, Hinds Community College with an AS Degree in Interpreting for the Deaf, and the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education.  She is currently employed as a third grade teacher at Avon Elementary in Avon Park, FL.

The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Edmond High School and served in the United States Coast Guard for nine years.  He is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Biology.  He is currently employed as a manger of Starbucks in Sebring, FL.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at her father’s home in Kosciusko.  A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.  An additional reception will be held on December 1, 2012 in Sebring, FL.  Invitations are being sent for these celebrations.
