KOSCIUSKO — The parents of Katrina Alisha Weatherby announce plans for her upcoming marriage to Timothy Maurice Bentley.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Betty Weatherby and W.T. Roby, both of Sallis. She is the granddaughter of the late Tommy Lee Weatherby Sr. and the late Ella Mae Weatherby, also the late Nehemiah Rockett and the late Everlearn Roby.

She is a 2003 graduate of McAdams High School. She is currently employed with Lexington Medical Clinic in Lexington.

The prospective groom is the son of the late Columbus Bentley and Sylvia Jean Bentley of Sallis. He is the grandson of the late Henry and Carrie Bentley and the late Betty Zollicoffer.

He is a 1998 graduate of McAdams High School. He is currently employed with CN Railway.

The wedding vows will be exchanged Sept. 4 at 2 p.m. at Greater New Jericho Baptist Church in Sallis. A reception will follow at the Oprah Winfrey Boys & Girls Club in Kosciusko.

All family and friends are invited.
