KOSCIUSKO —
Mark and Debra Atwood of Kosciusko announce the engagement of their daughter, Katelin Sue Atwood, to James Trent Adams, son of Jimmy and Caye Adams of Kosciusko.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Jean Atwood of Kosciusko and the late G.W. Atwood and of the late Mr. and Mrs. George F. Farrish of Greenwood.
She is a 2006 graduate of Kosciusko High School and graduated from Mississippi State University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish. She graduated in 2012 from the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is currently employed at Atwood Personal Care Home.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Maxine and James Terry Collins of Kosciusko and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Doyle Adams of Thomastown.
He is a 2006 graduate of Kosciusko High School. He played golf at Delta State University and graduated in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in HPER and a minor in business administration. He is also a graduate of the Mississippi Institute of Realtors and is currently employed at Adams Realty.
The couple will pledge their vows in a 6 p.m. ceremony Oct. 6, 2012 at the home of the bride’s parents.
