Betty Lou Huggins and Curtis Roy Frazier of Kosciusko are announcing plans for their upcoming marriage. They will pledge their vows on Sunday, July 4, at 4 p.m. at the Church of God of Prophecy, 915 West Jefferson Street in Kosciusko. No invitations are being sent, but the bridal couple along with their children, Vicki Steen, Glenn Huggins and Tracy Huggins invite friends and relatives to attend the ceremony and reception to follow in the fellowship hall of the church.
