Paul Burdette and Ms. Kimberly Burdette, both of Parkersburg, WV are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Mollie, to William Otis “Wil” Sanders, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas M. “Sandy” Sanders of Baton Rouge, LA, formerly of Ethel.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Shirley Lockhart and the late Melvin Lockhart and Mr. and Mrs. Garland Burdette, all of Parkersburg, WV.
Mollie is a 2006 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and a 2010 graduate of WVU with a degree in Public Relations. She is currently employed with Sound City Coffee in Tumwater, WA where she also leads worship at Sound City Church.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Tommie Hearon of Ethel and Mrs. Jeanette Sanders of Kosciusko and the late Tommy Sanders.
Wil is a 2008 Homeschool graduate. He attended Ouachita Tech in Malvern, AR and Central Arkansas Bible Baptist Institute in Benton, AR. He is currently employed at Old Navy and Sound City Coffee in Tumwater, WA. He also serves on staff at Sound City Church.
The wedding ceremony will be held at 5 p.m. on July 13, 2012 at Wine and Roses Country Estates in Auburn, WA. After the honeymoon the couple will make their home in Olympia, WA.
