KOSCIUSKO —
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Edmond Taylor Jr. of Kosciusko announce the engagement of their daughter Megan Margaret, to Andrew Dubard Griffin, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Steven Usry of Jackson, and Fred Grady Griffin II of Ridgeland.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Margaret Ann Irving of Kosciusko and the late Eugene Davis Irving, and Mrs. Syble Jean Taylor of Kosciusko and the late Robert Edmond Taylor Sr.
She is a 2003 honor graduate of Kosciusko High School and a 2005 graduate of Holmes Community College. She is a 2007 Cum Laude graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Kinesiology. She completed her education in 2011 by obtaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is employed as an inpatient physical therapist with Mississippi Baptist Health Systems in Jackson.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. David Young Dubard and the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Grady Griffin Jr.
He is a 1997 graduate of Murrah High School in Jackson and a 1999 graduate of Holmes Community College. He attended the University of Mississippi and completed his education in 2002 at Virginia College, receiving a degree in Computer Network Engineering. He is employed by the Madison County School District where he works as a computer network engineer.
The couple plans to exchange vows August 4, 2012 at 4 p.m. in a ceremony at First Baptist Church of Kosciusko. Following the ceremony, a reception will be held in the Welcome Center of the church.
All friends and family are invited to attend.
