Hardy-Nelms vows planned in Madison

KOSCIUSKO — Mr. Barry E. Hardy and Ms. Debbie Y. Hardy announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Lynn Hardy, to Bryan Weeks Nelms, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen M. Caldwell of Madison.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. Frank M. Youngblood, Sr. and the late Mrs. Beverly B. Youngblood of Jackson, and Rev. William E. Hardy and the late Mrs. Barbara G. Hardy of Clinton.

Miss Hardy is a 2002 graduate of Jackson Academy. She graduated from Mississippi College in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Miss Hardy is employed as a registered nurse by NewSouth NeuroSpine in Flowood.

The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph W. Guess of Pickens, and Col. and Mrs. Stanley E. Shaneyfelt of Shalimar, FL.

Nelms is a 2002 graduate of Kosciusko High School. He graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and in 2008 with a Masters in Business Administration both from Mississippi State University. He is employed with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Mississippi as an analyst.

The couple will exchange vows on September 29 at Broadmoor Baptist Church in Madison. A reception will follow in the commons at the church. The couple will make their home in Flowood.
