MATHISTON —
Ms. Lesa Davis Long announces the engagement of her daughter, Anna Ruth Long of Mathiston, to Wesley Thomas Chesteen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy and Jama Chesteen of Kilmichael.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Kathleen Davis and the late Walter Davis of Starkville and Hugh and Martha Long of French Camp.
The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of French Camp Academy. For the past two years, she has attended Mississippi State University, but plans to attend the University of Mississippi this fall to continue her studies in elementary education.
The bridegroom is the grandson of the late Tom and Mary Lou Chesteen of Kilmichael and Mrs. Odell Richardson and the late James M. Richardson of Winona.
He is a 2007 graduate of French Camp Academy. He recently graduated with degrees in history and anthropology from Ole Miss. He plans to continue his education at the University of Mississippi to pursue a master’s degree in history.
The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. on June 11, 2011 at French Camp Presbyterian Church. Tom Holley will officiate at the wedding.
All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
