KOSCIUSKO —
Connie and Scott Christopher of Durant and the late Earl Husser of Bossier City, La., announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter Elizabeth Travers to Ricky Maness Jr., son of Brenda and Doug Ewing of Kosciusko and Ricky Sr. and Teresa Maness of McCool.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Betty Dees and the late Jim Dees of Kosciusko and Archie Husser and the late Eula Husser of Bossier City, La.
Miss Travers is a 2003 graduate of Kosciusko High School and a 2005 graduate of Holmes Community College. She is currently enrolled at Mississippi State University and will graduate in May with a bachelor’s degree in educational psychology.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of late Gene and Faye Barnes of Kosciusko and the late Thomas Bibgy and Verna Stephenson and the late Tommy Stephenson of McCool and the late John Maness and the late John Doug and Agnes Ewing of Kosciusko.
Mr. Maness is a 1998 graduate of Kosciusko High School. He attended Holmes Community College and Mississippi State University after graduation. He is employed with Ewing Repair Service in Kosciusko.
The couple will exchange vows during a private ceremony on April 12, 2013, at Wanda’s Catering. The reception will follow immediately after. Invitations are being mailed. The couple will reside in Kosciusko.
