GOODMAN —
Carlos and Patricia Bentley of Goodman, announce plans for the marriage of their daughter, Jamie M. Roby, to Alex L. Hudson. The bridegroom is the son of Queen Hudson of Belzoni.
Jamie is a 2003 honors graduate of Durant High School and a 2007 cum laude graduate of Jackson State University where she received a degree in Business Administration. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is currently employed with Regions Bank as a Branch Service Leader.
Alex is a 2003 graduate of Humphreys County High School and a 2009 and 2011 graduate of Mississippi Valley State University where he received his Bachelors and Masters of Science in Criminal Justice. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. He is a Sergeant and a member of the 113th Military Police Company of the United States Army. He is currently employed with the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
The couple will exchange vows on October 22, 2011 in Jackson at Jackson State University. The wedding is by invitation only.
