Landrum-Bowie engagement told


Mr. and Mrs. Thomas David Landrum of Madison announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Masa Landrum, to Walton Lamar Bowie, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Lamar Bowie of West.

Miss Landrum and Mr. Bowie will exchange vows on March 6, 2010, at Providence Hill Farm in Jackson with dinner and dancing to immediately follow.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Landrum of Laurel and the late Mr. John Brabham and Ms. Smoky Brabham of Enterprise, Alabama.

The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. W.C. Landrum and Ms. Doris Landrum of Durant and the late Mr. H. Lamar Bowie and Ms. Martha Bowie of West.

Miss Landrum is a 2002 graduate of Madison-Ridgeland Academy. She attended Mississippi College where she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in French.

Mr. Bowie is a 2001 graduate of Kosciusko High School. He attended Mississippi State University where he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance and his Masters of Business Administration.

The couple will make their home in Madison, where she is employed as a realtor at Cherry T. Deddens Real Estate and he is employed by Livingston Township of Madison.
