Value of the lake at Kosciusko Country Club has been set at $500 per acre for tax purposes, settling a disagreement between club officials and county reappraisers. Reappraisers first set the country club’s lake value at $2,000 per acre. Club officials objected to that and to the value set on the club’s timber land. Supervisors last week agreed to reduce the lake value to $500 on the contention that in its reappraisal standards the state had set no precedents in such cases. Reappraisers set value of the Kosciusko Golf Club at $20,000 per hole, arguing that was the going price of building golf courses in the area. Club officials objected and a staff member from the State Tax Commission i
