KOSCIUSKO —
My name is Sgt. Josh Logan with the U.S. Army. I came into your place of business on Aug. 17 to get a tire replaced on a government vehicle. Your staff and personnel greated me before I even walked thru the door and asked me if they could be of assistance. I am working out of Columbus, traveling everywhere from Baton Rouge, La., to Ft. Benning, Ga.
In this instance, I had a blow out in Kosciusko and went to your establishment for a tire replacement. Unfortunately y’all did not accept GSA govenment credit cards at the time.
The ladies at the front desk were more than helpful in assisting me with my dilemma. Not only did Meggs tire service help me out with giving me a free replacement tire but they did it with extremel fast service and with great quality work.
I would like to say “Thank You” again to the owner and staff at Meggs Tire Service for their support to the military and especially me in my unfortunate circumstance. I will recomment your company to anyone I meet or goes to Kosciusko.
Thanks again for your assistance!!!!!!!
Sincerely,
Sgt. Josh Logan
U.S. Army

Prayer for the return of sanity
Time and money, Mississippi seems to have it to blow. Since our state has been taken over by Tea Party Republicans nothing has been done in this state to improve the economy. These people have spent our time and our money on issues that are not within the realm of our state government.

To the customers, stockholders of M&F
In 1890 a group of investors saw the necessity for a bank to meet the needs of the people and businesses of Kosciusko and Attala County. Merchants and Farmers Bank was thus established and for 123 years it has met those needs. M&F has fostered a culture of community and caring, always putting people and their needs ahead of corporate gains.
