Normally, I keep my faith to myself. I am not given to public displays of my faith. However, Attala County has had one heck of a year thus far. I think it is time for us to take a pause as a community.
We need, in my opinion, to take time for the next four weeks to come together for prayer/silent meditation. If we do not take a pause now, we risk being caught in a whirlwind of confusion. We need a break.
Each Sunday after church let's meet on the Square for prayer. I am not here to convert anyone to any particular religious practice.
I am only sharing what has brought me out of the wilderness – Prayer.
