Prompt care at MJMH saved man’s life

KOSCIUSKO — On Monday, Aug. 9, my husband was rushed to Montfort Jones Hospital with severe chest pains then flown to U.M.C. His condition was critical.

Upon arriving at UMC we earned that if it had not been for the prompt treatment and care he received at Montfort Jones, he would not have survived.

We just wanted to give our thanks to the ER staff and physicians that were on duty that day for doing such a great job. You literally saved his life. With the prompt care received at MJMH he received no damage to his heart.

Thanks.

Lisa and Aden Wilkerson

  • Take pause and pray on Square Sunday

Normally, I keep my faith to myself.  I am not given to public displays of my faith.  However, Attala County has had one heck of a year thus far.  I think it is time for us to take a pause as a community.
