The fireworks ordinance for the City of Kosciusko states that fireworks can be used in the city from June 15 through July 5 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Anyone violating the ordinance will be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and/or imprisonment of up to six months.
