Kosciusko attorney Jim Davis Hull was sentenced to serve five years in federal prison according to GulfNews.com.
Hull pled guilty to his involvement in the “Physical Medicine” scam on March 27, 2008. Hull was a partner in Mississippi Care Partners and Select Care, and he was the owner of another fraudulent company called Primary Physical Medicine.
He cooperated and testified against his ex-wife, Pamela Hull and her co-defendant Jacqualine Crawley. Hull was ordered to pay $18,494,608.70 in restitution and to forfeit $18,494,610.03.
Hull will serve three years of supervised release once he completes his prison sentence.
