City arrests report

KOSCIUSKO — The Kosciusko Police Department reports the following arrests:

On Saturday, Tracy Nichole Webster, 32, was arrested for  first offense shoplifting at Wal-Mart by Sgt. Christopher Busbea.

On Saturday, Derrick Welch, 32, was arrested for sexual battery on West Adams Street by Officer Bradley Fancher.

On Saturday, Sandy Dempsey, 28, was arrested for disturbing the peace on By-Way Road by Fancher.

On Saturday Jerry (Jay) Summerlin II, 23, was arrested for  disturbing the peace on By-Way Road by Cpl. Danny Groves.

On Saturday, Marlon Howell, 47, was arrested for disturbing the  peace on Myers Road by Cpl. Danny Groves.

On Saturday, Amanda Harvey, 32, was arrested for disturbing the  peace on Myers Road by Fancher.

On Saturday, Corey Summerlin, 25, was arrested for disturbing the  peace and discharging a firearm in the city limits.

On Saturday, Henry Andy Peeler, 51, was arrested for first offense shoplifting  at Sunflower  No. 11 by Officer Jerry Coleman.

On Friday, Willie Mable Blation, 51, was arrested for aggravated assault by Officer Mark Gilmore.

On Friday, Derrick D. Stribling, 27, was arrested  for resisting arrest by Officer Steve Allen.

On Thursday, Robert E. Ellis, 57, was charged with suspended driver’s license and contempt of court on Hwy 12 by Officer Jimmy Evans.

On September 13, Jeremy D. Gamlin was charged with disobeying a police officer on Nash Street by  Sgt. David White.

On September 12, Michael J. Carter, 25, was charged with failure to yield to emergency vehicle and careless driving by Allen.
