Illegally riding a dirt bike on an Attala County highway left a man charged with possession of marijuana.
Attala County Sheriff William Lee said Michael Burger, 19, was caught by Deputy Hugh Curry on Jan. 27 with four grams of marijuana.
Burger was also charged with riding an unauthorized vehicle on the road. He is out on bond.
