KOSCIUSKO —
Attala County voters will head back to the polls on Tuesday, November 27, to decide who will be the the head of the law enforcement.
Voters must cast their ballot for Sheriff Tim Nail or Lexington Police Chief Martin Roby.
Nail was appointed sheriff after the death of William Lee and was serving as chief deputy and arson investigator prior to his selection as sheriff. Roby was a previous investigator with the sheriff’s department.
