The Kosciusko Police Department reports the following arrests:
On Sunday, Christopher Nicholas Catchings, 28, was charged with simple assault on West Adams Street by Capt. Chris Busbea.
Also on Sunday, Garrett Todd, 20, was charged with possession of marijuana at Northside Park by Collins.
On Saturday, there were four arrests.
They are: Allen Lavon Manning, 47, for simple Assault on College Street by officer Greg Collins; Idell Quarles, 34, for driving without headlights and suspended driver’s license on F Street by Capt. Thomas Clark; Lejessie Jamez Dinkins, 20, for suspended driver’s license and no proof of insurance on Knox Road by Cpl. Danny Groves; and Barry Steven Shak, 57, for first offense driving under the influence on Highway 12 West by Cpl. Brice Cole.
Quarles was out on bond from a previous arrest on Friday for uttering forgery at Glendale Apartments. Officer Jimmy Evans is credited with the arrest.
On Friday, Jason Anthony Denley, 19, was charged with improper equipment and first offense driving under the influence on Burdine Road by Groves.
Also on Friday, Obbie Lee Dailey, 58, was arrested for felony domestic violence on East Jefferson Street by Clark.
On January 3, Julie A. Harris, 29, was charged with second offense suspended driver’s license, no proof of vehicle insurance and possession of paraphernalia on Highway 12 by Evans.
On January 1, Jevon E. Griffin, 18, was arrested for suspended driver’s license by officer Bradley Fancher.
Also on January 1, Adrian Allen, 33, was charged with disobeying a police officer and public profanity at Hickory Hills Apartments by Busbea.
The final arrest of January 1 was Sylfodra L. Barnes, 35, who was charged with aggravated assault on 309 Riley Street by officer Maurice Hawthorne.
On December 31, Annette Moses, 29, was charged with suspended driver’s license on Highway 12 by Evans.
Also on December 29, Desmon A. Zollicoffer, 25, was charged with disturbance of family at 103 Thomas Circle by Fancher.
