ETHEL — Greenlee Elementary four-year-olds held a tea party to learn manners on Tuesday morning. There teachers and teacher assistants served them hot tea and cookies.
Students have been learning manners and studying the letter “E” for elegant.

Aisle of Honor: Myers to speak at Memorial Day event
The bi-annual Aisle of Honor ceremony will be held Monday shining a light on the deceased veterans of Attala County at Parkway Cemetery in Kosciusko.
Approximately 300 flags will fly 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Memorial Day with ceremony being held at 11 a.m. -
Kosciusko Lower Elementary students enjoy field day
Students at Koscusko Lower Elementary enjoyed Field Day activities May 17 on the school’s playground. Activities included: three-leg race, basketball toss, hula-hooping, playing on the playground equipment, and other relay-type activities.

Cyclists gathered in Downtown Kosciusko May 15 to take part in the National Ride of Silence. The mission of the world wide ride is to honor bicyclists killed by motorists, promote sharing the road, and provide awareness of bicycling safety.
