Redistricting hearings held; turnout slim to none

KOSCIUSKO — A City of Kosciusko Redistricting hearing had slim turnouts on October 2 and 4.

The city is being re-proportioned due to populations shifts after the 2010 Census. The proposed plan shows small changes in Wards 1, 2 and 4.

The plan will be sent to the U.S. Justice Department for review. This is a standard procedure in the redistricting process.
