Shockwaves on Highway 12 West in Kosciusko held a ribbon cutting on Thursday morning with family, friends and local representatives from businesses and government in attendance. Hair/Barber Stylists Jane Culberson, Atara McKinnon and Whitney Ferguson specialize in hair and manicures and pedicures. Refreshments were served and a two-hour special on hair cuts for men, women and children is planned for today.
