Christopher Ellis, 35, was the first of several on the Attala County Circuit Court docket to accept a plea agreement on Tuesday.
Ellis was placed on non-adjudicated status and has to pay back $1,350 to Daniel Gove with Versatile Products, a cleaning line of products.
Ellis sold the products and pocketed the money for himself.
He will also have to pay court cost in a two-year time frame.
n Jermaine Griffin, 24, pleaded guilty to the reduced charge of grand larceny and received five years supervised probation.
Griffin along with his co-defendant attempted to take a 1978 Ford truck from a property on Attala County Road 4171 on July 17.
He was originally charged with motor vehicle theft.
n Amanda Harvey will serve eight years in prison for unlawful possession of precursor chemicals.
Harvey’s vehicle was searched on April 1 and she was found to have ingredients to make methamphetamines.
n Dennis Self, 49, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of precursor chemicals and will serve 15 years in prison with five years probation. The charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine were dropped. He will not be tried for a separate case of aggravated assault.
n Christopher Meredith, 22, entered into an agreement with the district attorney’s office and got two years supervised probation for two counts of credit card fraud. He must pay back restitution and other fees within a year. Once complete, he will be placed on non-adjudicated status.
n Kimberly Rene Moss, 31, will be sentenced to five years in prison with five years probation on Sept. 8 for unlawful possession of precursor chemicals. Moss was caught with some of the ingredients to make methamphetamine at a traffic stop Sept. 17.
Additional pleas were entered on Tuesday afternoon but could not be obtained before deadline.
