KOSCIUSKO —
An investigation by the Kosciusko Police Department resulted in two arrests Friday.
While issuing a search warrant on East Adams Street residence, KPD officers found Suave Demetri Guyton, 20, and Courtney Mallett, 19, to be in possession of drugs.
Guyton was charged with three counts of sale of a controlled substance and Mallett was charged with sale of a controlled substance.
In addition to the narcotics, officers seized money, firearms and paraphernalia from the residence.
The investigation was initiated by KPD officer Jimmy Evans.
Other arrests are:
On Monday, Kenneth Maurice Jackson, 34, was arrested for felony possession of controlled substance on North Natchez Street by officer Michael Henson.
On Monday, Lakendrick Orlando Williams, 33, was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance on North Natchez Street by officer Gregg Collins.
On Monday, Rodney Rashad Williams, 24, was arrested for felony possession of controlled substance, possession of a stolen weapon and weapon possession by a felon on North Natchez Street by Collins.
On Friday, Charles R. Williams, 53, was arrested for obstructing traffic and second offense driving under the influence on Highway 12 East by Collins.
On Sunday, Reginald Evans Gray, 20, was arrested for failure to appear in court by Sgt. David White.
On Sunday, Chelssia Bell, 23, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon by Sgt. David White with the assistance of Leake County Sheriff's Department.
On Saturday, Joshua Allen Brunt, 21, was arrested for possession of paraphernalia on West Jefferson Street by officer Steven Allen.
On Saturday, Vernon Triplett Jr., 30, was arrested for trespassing on West North Street by Sgt. Herbert Dew.
On Saturday, Mysti Dawn Summers, 42, was arrested for possession of marijuana in a vehicle on West Jefferson Street by Evans.
On Saturday, Jonahthan Kirk Stonestreet, 18, was arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor on Fourth Avenue by Officer Bradley Fancher
