KPD arrests several for pot possession
The Kosciusko Police Department is reporting several arrests involving marijuana over the weekend.
Joseph Antoine Kern, 22, of Kosciusko, was charged with suspended drivers license and possession of marijuana in the vehicle on Sunday on Martin Luther King.
On Saturday, Elizabeth Louise Davis, 42, of Carthage, was arrested for possession of marijuana on West Adams Street.
More weed was found in Matthew Damien Kern’s vehicle on Saturday at the intersection of South Huntington Street and East South Street. Kern, 22, of Kosciusko, was charged with possession of marijuana in the vehicle. During the same incident, Terrance K. Kern, 20, of Kosciusko, was charged with improper equipment, no driver’s license and possession of marijuana in the vehicle.
Latrice Demetrius Olive, 23, of Kosciusko, was arrested for possession of marijuana in the vehicle, felony possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving, suspended drivers license and fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer at MLK on Saturday.
Stephen Martell Adams, 19, of Kosciusko was charged with careless driving, suspended drivers license and first offense driving under the influence on West Adams Street on Sunday.
