KOSCIUSKO —
Ruben F. Bell, 21, of Kosciusko, was arrested on Friday for failure to yield to emergency vehicle, and resisting arrest after officers responded to a domestic disturbance at Cannonade Apartments.
Bell lead officers on a foot chase on Highway 12 East. He was later apprehended by Cpl. Tommy Clark and Officer Trey Collins while being assisted by the Attala County Sheriff's Department.
