Lillian Muirhead Aldy, 94, of Sallis, passed away October 11, 2012 at her home. Visitation will be Friday, October 12, 2012 from 5:30-8 p.m. at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko and 1-2 p.m. at Harmonia Congregational Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be Saturday, October 13, at 2 p.m. at the Harmonia Congregational Methodist Church with burial to follow.
Lillian was born on July 16, 1918 in Vaiden. She married Henry W. Aldy on August 24, 1941 and they lived happily on their farm in Sallis for 60 years. She was a member of Harmonia Congregational Methodist Church.
Survivors include son, Tony W. Aldy (Trish) of Sallis; three daughters, Irma Branch of Sallis, Jean Aldy of Marietta, GA, and Julie Aldy King (Jimmy) of Sallis; grandchildren, Tom Branch, Michael Branch, Charlotte Branch Dyess, Wyndy Aldy Peeples, Vycky Aldy Estes, Jamie King Meggs, Joshua King, and Jana King; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband and a beloved daughter-in-law, Sandy Branch Aldy.
