Funeral services for Penny L. Richmond, 66, of Ethel will be held Saturday, Feb. 9, at 11 a.m. at Winters Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Parkway Cemetery.
She died Feb. 3, 2013 at Montfort Jones Memorial Hospital.
