Helen Davis Ballard, 86, of Thomastown passed away January 13, 2013 at her residence.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 16, at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following at Wake Forest Cemetery in Thomastown.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Culpepper Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be George Ballard, Jason Ballard, Adam Davis, Anthony Moore, Johnny Luckett and Tommy Foster.
Rev. Ray Bardin, Rev. Albert Clark, Rev. Wayne Black and Rev. Greg Fortenberry will officiate.
Mrs. Ballard was a member of Thomastown Christian Church. She was retired from S.N. Thomas in Jackson and The First I.A. Ferrell in Thomastown.
She is preceded in death by parents, George L. and Lora Foster Davis.
She is survived by her husband, Dave Ballard; sons, David (Kim) Ballard of Brea, CA and Tony (Paula) Ballard of Ocean Springs; brother, George L. (Ada) Davis, Jr. of Thomastown; grandchildren, Jason Ballard, Jamie Wynn, George Ballard, David Ballard and Steanley Jernigan; great-grandchildren, Easton, Cayden, Taite, Kiley and David.
