George Thomas Edwards, 41, of Carthage passed away February 16, 2013.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at McClain Cemetery in Sallis.
Culpepper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Edwards, a retired roofer, was a native of Attala County.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Janice Edwards; father, Ray Edwards.
He is survived by mother, Betty Moore Edwards; daughter, Christina Leach; son, George Edwards, Jr.; sisters, Carolyn Moudy and Lola McDaniel; brothers, James Edwards, Bobby Ray Edwards, William Edwards, Jimmy Edwards and Hughie Lee Edwards; two grandchildren.
Rev. Jerry Meggs officiated at the service.
