Funeral services for Demarcus Merritt, 7, a student at Kosciusko’s Middle Elementary School, will be held Sunday, Dec. 23, at 2 p.m. at the Kosciusko High School Gymnasium.

He died Dec. 18, 2012 at the University Medical Center in Jackson.

Burial will be in Plantation Cemetery at Ethel with Winters Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
