Johnnie C. Hutchison, 88, of Newport passed away Monday, February 18, 2013 at his residence.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 21, at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following at McClain Cemetery in Sallis.
Visitation will be from 5 8 pm Wednesday.
Pallbearers will be James L. Crum, Johnny Crum, Brad Hutchison, Bobby Ray Edwards, B.J. Edwards and Tony Chunn.
Rev. Freddie Tanksley will officiate.
Mr. Hutchison was a member of Hurricane Baptist Church and a retired school bus driver for Attala County schools.
He is preceded in death by parents, Howard and Essie Hutchison; wife, Margie Hutchison.
He is survived by daughter, Joyce (James) Crum; sons, Douglas Hutchison and Randy Hutchison; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
