KOSCIUSKO —  

Quinton A. Ellis of the Carmack community, 92, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2012 at his home.  Visitation will be Tuesday, May 1, 2012 from 5-8 p.m. at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. 

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Friendship cemetery.  Rev. George Felts will officiate.

Mr. Ellis retired from Sheller Globe in 1981.  He was a member of the Shiloh Independent Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Nola Milner Ellis of the Carmack community; brother, Ezra Ellis of Kilmichael; nephew, Lamar Ellis and wife, Betty of Kilmichael; nieces, Betty Darnell and husband, John of Birmingham, Al and Glenda Stephens of Cumming, GA; and a host of great nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Virgie Ellis; brothers, Arlis, Alton, Pascal, and Elmo.

Pallbearers will be Philip Ellis, Ed McDonald, Ralph Milner, David McElroy, Ronnie Armstrong, Mickey Mims, Jerry O’Briant, and Mike Goss.
