KOSCIUSKO —

Eldridge Daniel Danny”Burrell, 44, of Sallis passed away January 23, 2013.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 26, at Sallis Baptist Church, with burial following at Harmonia Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 – 8 p.m. Friday and after 8 a.m. on Saturday at Sallis Baptist Church.

Pallbearers will be Chuck Lawrence, Craig Lawrence, Mike Allen, Robert Killebrew, George McClellan, Junior Burnley, Jeff Trehern, Jeff Burrell, Ken Burrell and Doug Lucas.

Honorary pallbearers are former and present baseball coaches and players.

Rev. Jay Frazure, Rev. Gene Richardson and Rev. James Salter will officiate the services.

Mr. Burrell was a member of Sallis Baptist Church. He was a carpenter for Roberts Construction and was a coach for the MudKatz Baseball team.

He is preceded in death by parents, Eldridge Ray and Evelyn Joyce Culpepper Burrell.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Sheri Burrell; sons Daniel Hunter Burrell and Samuel River Burrell; step mother, Ann Burrell; sisters, Arlene (Dwight) Roberts and Kay Burrell; brothers, Tim Tolleson, Travis Tolleson and Jeff Tolleson; his two fur babies, Rodger and Perry.

Culpepper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
