William Berry Frazier, 67, of Ethel, a truck driver, died Friday, Oct. 5, 2012 at Rush Memorial Hospital in Meridian.

Funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 8, at 11 a.m. at Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the McCool Cemetery. Rev. Doyle Mitchell officiated.

He was a member of McCool Baptist Church and the National Rifle Association. He was an avid sportsman.

He is survived by a son, William C. “Chuck” Frazier Sr. of Ethel; grandchildren, William C. “C.J.” Frazier Jr. and Christopher Wyatt Frazier; sister, Thelma Joyce Rowell and husband, Billy Joe of McCool; and ex-wife, Glynda Frazier Holliman of Starkville.

He was preceded in death by parents, Joel Haynes and Thelma Kerr Frazier.

Pallbearers were Wayne Kerr, Darrell Griffin, Jim Vandiver, Rob Simpson, Stacy Sims, and Robby Powell.

Honorary pallbearers were Mack Sims, Billy Joe Rowell and Hugh Ballard.
