Barbara Dean Quick, 84, of Carthage, a retired supervisor, died Monday, November 19, 2012 at her home.

  Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at the Corinth Baptist Church with Bro. Jr. Davis and Bro. John Sharp officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Wilcox Funeral Home handled arrangements.

  Mrs. Quick was a native of Leake County and a member of Corinth Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Crisler L. "Cotton" Quick and a daughter, Sandra Collins.

  Survivors include: a son, Dr. Kenneth Quick of Kosciusko; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; caretakers, Zetti Mae Miller, Shirley Miller, and Liz Beamon.
