On Friday, Dec. 21, Southaven defeated Williams-Sullivan 74-65. Williams-Sullivan scored 17 points in the first quarter, 16 in the second, 19 in the third and 13 in the fourth while Southaven scored 16 in the first, 22 in the second, nine in the third and 27 in the fourth.
Scoring for Williams-Sullivan was Kortez Wade with 23 points followed by Demarius Gypson with 18 and D.J. Montgomery with 15. Scoring for Southaven were Terrence Davis with 23 points, Cordarius Woods with 17, Rashad Dixon with 13 and Terrence Wilson with 12.
