KOSCIUSKO —
The Kosciusko Whippets soccer team defeated Germantown 4-3 last week. Scoring for Kosciusko were Alan Vasquez, Steven Ables, Jabri Selmon and Alejandro Vega.
The Lady Whippets lost 6-0 against Germantown.
“It was ugly,” said Lindsay Dickerson head girls’ soccer coach. The score at the end of the half was 2-0.
At Philadelphia the Whippets lost 4-0.
“I played boys that had not been playing all year to rest the starters for the upcoming region game,” said Kosciusko head boys soccer coach Dustin Horne.
In the game with Philadelphia, the Lady Whippets lost 6-5.
The score at the end of the game was 3-3.
In the shootout Anna Miles scored once and MacKenzie Dickerson scored once. McKenzie scored all three goals in the first half.
This Thursday Kosciusko will travel to Louisville.
